Austin: February 2 (Thursday); Showtime 7:30PM; AFS Screening Room; 1901 E 51st Street Austin, TX 78723; With filmmaker; The full length film will be shown at the Austin Film Society's private screening room. Just like watching a film on a movie set! Ryan Long will present the film and the director, Kevin Triplett, will conduct a Q&A after the screening. (This is the early show, there'll be a screening at 9pm this same night.) $5 AFS members, $8 non-members. Reserve tickets at the Austin Film Society's website.

La Grange: February 19 (Sunday); Showtime 3:00PM; The Bugle Boy; 1051 N. Jefferson St. La Grange, Texas 78945; With Filmmaker; Kevin Triplett brings the full-length version of his documentary film about Blaze Foley to the Bugle Boy. Yes, you heard right, the full-length version, seen only at major film festivals and film societies! Ticket prices are a low $5 for this Sunday matinee. Kevin will be on hand for a Q&A afterwards and will share stories about the Texas outlaw songwriter with a heart of gold.

Memphis: February 24 (Friday); Showtime 8:00AM; Otherlands Coffee Bar; 641 South Cooper Street Memphis, TN 38104-5352; With Grace Askew and Filmmaker; The talented Grace Askew will perform her songs with featured artists from the Memphis Folk Alliance. Kevin Triplett will present his documentary that has been mesmerizing audiences in the US, Canada and Europe for all of 2011. The philosophy of Otherlands -- fairness and equity -- is right in line with Blaze!
